Timber Structures
Works
Timber structures and small wooden buildings are created as spaces that stand in a natural relationship with the place around them. What matters to me is simplicity, honest work with wood and a sensitive integration of the structure into the surrounding landscape.
I place great importance on the use of natural and ecological materials. This is not only about their appearance or technical qualities, but also about the way they affect the energy of a space, the quality of living and the everyday experience of using the building. Wood, clay, stone, natural insulation and other living materials create an environment in which a person can feel healthier, calmer and more naturally at home.
It is not only about building a functional object. I am interested in creating a structure with its own atmosphere, calmness and soul — something that does not feel like a foreign element in the space, but as a natural continuation of it. Wood, light, terrain, views and the way the place is used all come together to create a space where a person can pause, breathe and feel connected with nature.

Tea Pavilion
The tea pavilion was created as an outdoor space for stillness, gathering and slow time. It is part of a tea house, yet it also forms a place of its own beneath the open sky — connected with the garden and the old stone wall.

The construction was made almost without screws or other metal fasteners. The individual elements are assembled so that they work together through their own weight, pressure and the principle of leverage. This gives the piece a…

Year-Round Cabin from Natural Materials
This year-round cabin was created as a simple and peaceful retreat built from natural materials. It is designed for use throughout the year, with an emphasis on warmth, cosiness and direct contact with the surrounding landscape.
Wood forms both the structure and the inner atmosphere of the building. The interior is lined with light wood, which softens the space and naturally brightens it. The green roof helps the cabin blend into its surroundings, retains moisture and gives the whole structure a living, changing character.

Wooden Shop in a Forest Clearing
The wooden shop in a forest clearing was created in solitude, in the middle of the forest, under conditions where I had to rely on simplicity, patience and what was available at the time. The electricity came only from solar panels, and the whole piece was made using just a few basic tools — a…
It was precisely these limited conditions that gave the structure its distinctive character. The shop is not only a practical shelter, but a small wooden building with its own expression. An interesting feature is the hinged front panel, which serves as a lid for opening and closing. Its side parts are cut in such a…
