This year-round cabin was created as a simple and peaceful retreat built from natural materials. It is designed for use throughout the year, with an emphasis on warmth, cosiness and direct contact with the surrounding landscape.
Wood forms both the structure and the inner atmosphere of the building. The interior is lined with light wood, which softens the space and naturally brightens it. The green roof helps the cabin blend into its surroundings, retains moisture and gives the whole structure a living, changing character.
The result is a small living space that does not feel like a foreign object in the landscape, but rather as its natural continuation — a place for rest, work and a return to simplicity.
